Gratification Prohibition

Gratification is a gift in broad interpretation. It can be in the form of things, money, discount, and any equal gift or situation, which external party give and/or receive to express gratitude to/from Bank Staff.

Gratification is one of the rationalization of corruption, which takes the integrity out of someone.

QNB Indonesia is committed to maintain our integrity and refuses any form of corruption and bribery, including taking and/or receiving gratification.

In order to support our commitment to enhance our services, QNB Indonesia encourages all customers and related stakeholders to refrain from conducting any form of gratification directed towards the Bank’s Management and staff, both direct and indirectly.
