Definitions
1. Bank or Bank QNB Indonesia is PT Bank QNB Indonesia Tbk.
2. New Customer/New To Bank (NTB) is anindividual party and never owned an account at Bank QNB Indonesia who places their funds in the Bank in the form of Savings/Deposits based on the Bank’s agreement with the parties concerned.
3. Regular Savings Account is one of the banking products owned by the Bank in the form of Savings by opening its account at all Bank QNB Indonesia branches
4. QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking is a mobile banking service of Bank QNB Indonesia which can be operated by all users for banking transactions that can be accessed through smartphone with Android and iOS operation system
5. Cash back is a reward method for customers that has met criteria which will be credited to the customer’s savings account
6. Program (or “QNB Treats Acquisition”) is a program held by Bank QNB Indonesia for new customers of Bank QNB Indonesia who open Savings Account to have the opportunity to get cash back and free Kopi Kenangan e-voucher
7. Program Terms and Conditions are the general terms and conditions of QNB Treats Acquisitions that may be changed from time to time, added and/or updated by the Bank
Program Terms and Conditions
1. This program only valid for new Customers/NTB (New To Bank)
2. New customers who places their funds within 3 – 6 months of the Savings Account according to the terms & conditions applied
3. The eligible new customers who have met the criteria according to the terms and conditions of each tier and period will have the opportunity for the reward such as cash back and also a free Kopi Kenangan e-voucher according to the terms & conditions applied
4. Cash back reward will be credited to the respective customer’s Savings Account
5. Kopi Kenangan e-voucher is a discount voucher worth for IDR25,000
6. Kopi Kenangan e-voucher reward will be sent to the new customers who have met the criteria for the additional activity for doing any transactions such as transfer to Bank QNB Indonesia/interbank (Online and BI-FAST), top up e-wallet, and QRIS via QNB Indonesia Movile Banking minimum 3x per period of each Batch
7. Kopi Kenangan e-voucher will be sent to the respective customer’s email that registered in the Bank’s system
8. Bank QNB Indonesia will check and evaluate the customers’ account eligibility to get the rewards with the detail of scheme as follows:

9. The customer who participate to this program and hold their fund is agree to be charged penalty fee of 2x cash back value which will be debited from customer's Savings Account if customer instructed to break the fund hold before period ended
10. Bank QNB Indonesia’s customers have obliged to ensure that the email that is registered is correct and valid. Therefore, customers are fully responsible for any error in the registered email address
11. Customers who participated in the QNB Treats Acquisitions are agree to the terms and conditions of this program
12. The general terms and conditions of QNB Treats Acquisitions that may be changed from time to time, added and/or updated by the Bank
