You may enjoy this domestic Airport Transfer in many cities in Indonesia that available in Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Solo, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Malang, Bali, Lombok, Medan, Makassar, Manado, and Balikpapan.
• You may also enjoy pick-up service from and to Whoosh station in Jakarta and Bandung.

Customer Criteria:

Customer may enjoy the combination between domestic Airport Transfer quotas and Singapore Airport Transfer quotas, provided that 1 Singapore Airport Transfer quota will deduct 3 Domestic Airport Transfer quotas.

Terms and Conditions:

• The average portfolio start from IDR2 billion which is a combined from time deposit, savings and Wealth Management products (Bancassurance with minimum of IDR25 million or Mutual Funds/Bonds with minimum of IDR100 million)
• For the Wealth Management product only valid for Allianz Bancassurance product, mutual fund/bonds.  
• Customers can enjoy this service after being a QNB First customer for at least 3 months.
• If a customer's use of certain QNB First Privileges exceeds the quota set by the Bank, an additional fee will be for the excess usage and debited from the customer’s account.

Domestic Airport Transfer Reservation Terms and Conditions:

• Maximum H-2 Working Days reservation before pick-up schedule
• Maximum cancellation of H-1 reservation prior to pick-up schedule
• The type of vehicle  depends on the availability and the covered zone.

Singapore Airport Transfer Reservation Terms and Conditions:

• Maximum H-5 Working Days reservation prior to pick-up schedule.
• Maximum cancellation of H-3 reservation prior to pick-up schedule
• Type of vehicle Toyota Alphard or similar type
• Maximum 4 passengers
• It is not allowed to bring children with a height of less than 1.3 meter. if there is a child of this height, the customer will be charged an additional fee for the Car Booster with a nominal amount of IDR196,000
• Maximum baggage : 2 cabin baggage equivalent to 7 kg and 2 baggage suitcases equivalent to 23 kg
• Pick-up time at the airport is a maximum of 1 hour after landing, or customers will be charged an additional fee of IDR265,000/15 minutes. More than 45 minutes will be charged IDR900,000
• Pick-up time at the Hotel (other than the Airport) is a maximum of 15 minutes from the predetermined hour, or the customer will be charged an additional fee of IDR265,000/15 minutes. More than 45 minutes will be charged IDR900,000
• Additional fees above follow the applicable exchange rate, prices will be adjusted in the event of a surge in the exchange rate
• Pick-up fee includes toll and parking fees for one stop only
• Costs for the use of facilities outside the provisions will be borne by the customer.
• If the use of certain QNB First Privileges exceeds the quota set by the Bank, the Customer will be charged an additional fee for the excess quota by debiting the Customer’s account.
