• To complement your trip, now you can enjoy the pick-up services from and to Whoosh station on Jakarta and Bandung.
• The average portfolio start from IDR2 billion which is a combined from time deposit, savings (Premium Savings Account with the average minimum of IDR100 million) and wealth management (Bancassurance with minimum of IDR25 million or mutual funds/bonds with minimum of IDR100 million)
• For the wealth management product only valid for Allianz Bancassurance product, mutual fund/bonds.  
• Have been a QNB First customer for at least 1 year.

Customer Criteria:

To complement your travel convenience, QNB First presents new services Premium Airport Special Service (PASS) up to 2 times a year. This services only for our loyal QNB First customers and valid in selected airport.

Premium Airport Special Services will provide services as follow:

• An officer that will greet you at the airport
• Flight check- in assistance
• Baggage handling and escorting
• The officer will escort you to the departure gate

The criteria for QNB First customer who can use the benefits of airport handling, Premium Airport Special Service (PASS) services are :

• Average AUM starts from IDR1 billion which is a combination of Time Deposit, Savings (Premium Savings Account with a minimum average of IDR100 million) and Wealth Management (Bancassurance with a minimum premium of IDR25 million or Mutual Fund / Retail SBN with a minimum of IDR100 million)
• Have become a QNB First customer for at least 1 year
• Have QNB First Debit Card

To enjoy the PASS service, QNB First customer must make a reservation 3 working days prior the scheduled trip through Bank QNB Indonesia Contact Center or contact your Relationship Manager.
