Movie Privileges

• The movie ticket will be given in the form of e-vouchers (unique code) that can be used by the customer on the m.tix application on mobile phone.
• To be able to get the e-vouchers of XXI the Premiere tickets or XXI Deluxe tickets, customers must make a request by contacting Contact Center Bank QNB Indonesia (021) 300 500 300 or through Relationship Manager (RM).
• Customers who have met the eligibility criteria can choose an alternative of XXI the Premiere or XXI Deluxe movie ticket with the number of quotas for each in accordance with the provisions.
• The validity period of the e-voucher varies (maximum 1 week after the e-vouchers are sent to the Customer's email address) and cannot be extended. Customers cannot choose the validity period of e-vouchers and it subject to the availability of e-vouchers by XXI.
• XXI the Premiere ticket e-vouchers from this program are only valid for watching movies on working days (Monday – Thursday). If there any public/national holidays, and 1 day before public/national holidays on Monday – Thursday, the e-vouchers are not valid.

Example: On Wednesday is a public/national holidays, then the e-voucher cannot be used from Tuesday (1 day public/national holidays) to Wednesday (the public/national holidays).

• XXI Deluxe ticket e-vouchers are valid for watching movies every day (Monday – Sunday) including public/national holidays. For the Special Movie ticket category with a special ticket price, the difference in price will be borne by the customer (the Special Movie provisions follow the regulations set by XXI).
• Only valid for watching movie at all XXI cinemas in Indonesia and cannot be exchanged for other cinema type such as IMAX. E-vouchers cannot be cashed or redeemed with food/beverage purchases at XXI cinema.
• Customers will be charged an admin fee of IDR4,000 per ticket that can be paid with any payment method on the m.tix applications
• Bank QNB Indonesia has the rights to add and/or change the terms and conditions of the program which will be announced to customers by the latest 30 (thirty) working days prior to the additional and/or changes of the terms and conditions applied.
• If a customer's use of certain QNB First Privileges exceeds the quota set by the Bank, an additional fee will be charged for the excess usage that is debited from the customer’s account.

Request by Customer to Contact center

• Customers may request movie tickets by contacting Contact Center Bank QNB Indonesia at (021) 300 55 300.
• Contact Center Bank QNB Indonesia will do the validation process, and movie ticket will be given in the form of e-vouchers (voucher code) that will be sent to the customers email address registered in Bank’s system.

Request through Relationship Manager (RM)

• Customers may request movie tickets through Relationship Manager, by informing name and email address.
• Contact Center Bank QNB Indonesia team will validate by contacting customer’s phone number registered in Bank’s system.
• After validation process by the Contact Center team, movie tickets will be given in the form of e-vouchers (voucher code) that will be sent to the customers email address registered in Bank’s system.

1. Customer must have an m.tix application that can be downloaded on the mobile phone via the Google Play Store or App Store.

2. Customer must have an m.tix account.

3. Customers select movies, cinemas, showtimes and number of ticket, then click "Continue"

4. Select "Apply available vouchers"

5. Select "Redeem voucher code" and enter the e-voucher code that have been sent by QNB through email in the "Enter your voucher code" box

6. Click "Use voucher".

7. Check your order again, click “Order Confirm”

8. Select the desired payment method (for admin fee payment of IDR4,000), then select "Pay"

9. Continue by entering the m.ticket PIN/Password.

10. Tickets have been successfully ordered and can be viewed on the "My orders" page.

11. The unique e-voucher code cannot be used again once it has been redeemed.
