Birthday Gift Movie Ticket XXI the Premiere
- Request by customer
- Customers may request XXI the Premiere ticket by contacting Bank QNB Indonesia Contact Center (+62 21) 300 55 300
- Bank QNB Indonesia Contact Center will validate and XXI the Premiere ticket will be given in the form of e-vouchers (voucher code) that will be sent to the customers email address registered in the Bank’s system.
- Request through Relationship Manager (RM)
- Customers may request XXI the Premiere ticket through RM, by informing customer’s name and email address.
- Bank QNB Indonesia Contact Center will validate by contacting customer’s phone number registered in the Bank’s system.
- Bank QNB Indonesia Contact Center will validate and XXI the Premiere ticket will be given in the form of e-vouchers (voucher code) that will be sent to the customers email address registered in Bank’s system.
How to use e-voucher XXI the Premiere ticket on mtix. application
- Customer must have m.tix application that can be downloaded on mobile phone through Google Play Store or App Store
- Customer must have an m.tix account
- An e-voucher can be used for 1x transaction to exchange to movie ticket. If you want to get 2 tickets, then you have to make 2x transaction to exchange the movie ticket.
- Customer selects movies, cinemas, show time and the number of seats based on availability, then click ‘Confirm Order’
- Select ‘Voucher’ then click 'See All'
- Enter voucher code, click 'Next' (e-voucher banner will appears), and click 'Use'
- On 'Order Confirmation' page will appear ‘QNB First the Premiere’
- Select the desire Payment Method (for admin fee payment of IDR2.500/ticket). When the e-voucher has been used, double-check the order. Then click 'Confirm Order' and continue with entering the m.tix PIN
- The ticket has been successfully booked.
