Majority share of PT Bank QNB Indonesia Tbk is owned by QNB Group. QNB Group ownership structure shared between Qatar Investment Authority (50%) and the private sector (50%). In 2014, through Right Issue IV, QNB share ownership increased to 82.59% and the Bank alter its name and logo to PT Bank QNB Indonesia Tbk. In 2023, through Right Issue VII, QNB Group share ownership increased to 95.63%.
