Please be informed, effective 1 April 2026, the Purchase and Payment feature for operator Telkomsel, XL, Smartfren, Tri dan Electricity will no longer be available on QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking.

In regards of that matter, we would also like to inform that the scheduled transaction that has been created on QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking for the stated operators will not be processed by the Bank after the feature unavailability date.

There is an update to the Terms and Conditions for Electronic Money and QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking, with coverage of adjustments to the latest regulations, security improvements, and the additional new features, which will be effective starting 29 April 2026. You may view the updated Terms and Conditions on QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking apps in the Terms & Conditions submenu.

Note: the latest features of QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking will be available on the newest application version, which can be downloaded from Appstore/Playstore starting April 16, 2026.

Reward program of QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking activation for selected customers.

It's time to switch to QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking and enjoy the ease of transacting anytime and anywhere with a variety of useful transaction features.

Program Period: 1 – 31 August 2026.

Terms & Conditions:

• Invited as a selected customer and receive official information from the Bank via email blast and/or informed by the branch PIC (specifically for QNB First customers).
• Successfully activate QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking service during the program period.
• Selected customer who meets the program criteria is entitled to receive an E-voucher XXI Deluxe Movie Ticket with the following terms:
  • Successful activation on 1st August 2026 to 8th August 2026:
    2 (two) E-voucher XXI Deluxe Movie Ticket.
  • Successful activation on 9th August 2026 to 31st August 2026:
    1 (one) E-voucher XXI Deluxe Movie Ticket.
     
• The reward in the form of an E-voucher XXI Deluxe Movie Ticket will be sent to the Customer's registered email address, within 2 (two) weeks after the program period ends.
• The E-voucher XXI Deluxe Movie Ticket can be used every day, including Saturdays and Sundays, or on holidays at all XXI cinemas in Indonesia.
• The E-voucher XXI Deluxe Movie Ticket can only be used to watch movies in regular XXI Deluxe studios, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be used to buy food or drinks, and cannot be used to watch movies in XXI The Premiere or IMAX studios.
• The bank has the right to determine the eligibility of selected Customers to receive reward according to the criteria/requirements that have been set.
