New information regarding biller feature
Thank you for your trust in Bank QNB Indonesia (“Bank”).
Please be informed, effective 1 April 2026, the Purchase and Payment feature for operator Telkomsel, XL, Smartfren, Tri dan Electricity will no longer be available on QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking.
In regards of that matter, we would also like to inform that the scheduled transaction that has been created on QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking for the stated operators will not be processed by the Bank after the feature unavailability date.

New information regarding new terms and conditions
There is an update to the Terms and Conditions for Electronic Money and QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking, with coverage of adjustments to the latest regulations, security improvements, and the additional new features, which will be effective starting 29 April 2026. You may view the updated Terms and Conditions on QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking apps in the Terms & Conditions submenu.
Note: the latest features of QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking will be available on the newest application version, which can be downloaded from Appstore/Playstore starting April 16, 2026.
