GPN Debit Card Product Information
Savings Account customer will receive QNB Indonesia NPG Debit Card equipped with National Standard Indonesian Chip Card Specification (NSCCS) technology and NPG logo. It will gives convenience to customers when doing various transactions such as cash withdrawal, balance enquiry, transfers, bill payment through any ATM machine and retail transactions payment through any EDC terminal using the PRIMA and ATM Bersama networks across Indonesia.

National Payment Gateway (NPG)
QNB Indonesia has joined the National Payment Gateway (NPG) program that offers standardized security features where all domestic transactions are processed through a national network, so that customers can conduct transactions securely in all Indonesia payment channel
There is no minimum thresholds amount for retail transaction payments and no cash withdrawal fees at all PRIMA and ATM Bersama network across Indonesia.

Bank QNB Indonesia Debit Card Validity Period
Please immediately exchange your Bank QNB Indonesia debit card that will be or has expired in 2023 with the new debit card at the nearest Bank QNB Indonesia branch for your safety and convenience transaction.
Check the expiry date of your debit card which stated under the card number on the front side of the card.
