Prevention of Covid-19 in QNB Indonesia area
16 March 2020 – Dear Valued Customers, due to the current situation regarding the spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia, herewith we would like to ensure you that QNB Indonesia takes this issue very seriously and we have taken necessary steps to safeguard the health and safety of our customers.
Currently, all Branches and Sub Branches remain open under normal operations to serve customers. We, however, will monitor the situation further and contingency plan has been prepared should new development arises.
Placing your wellbeing as our priority, we regularly clean our branches, including the ATM machines, as well as provide hand sanitizer, to prevent transmission. In the meantime, to ensure a maximum comfortable banking experience and to minimize person-to-person contact, we strongly encourage customers to utilize our QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking (DooEt+) and QNB Online Banking services in performing various banking transactions.
Prevention is better than cure.
