New Provision on Dormant Account
22 February 2020 – Dear Valued Customers, thank you for trusting Bank QNB Indonesia as your banking partner. Effective March 1, 2020, the new provisions will be applied for account that falls under the following criteria :
Account that has no transactions for more than 12 months will become dormant and will be charged the following fee :
- IDR 50,000/month for Individual customers
- IDR 100,000/month for Non-Individual customers
