The meeting was attended by President Commissioner Dr Fatma Al-Suwaidi, members of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors, as well as respective shareholders.

In 2025, QNB Indonesia delivered solid performance amid ongoing global and domestic uncertainties. The Bank posted a profit before tax of IDR50.8 billion and recorded net loan growth of 18% year-on-year, significantly outperforming the industry average of 9.6%.

Alongside its financial achievements, as part of its transformation journey, the Bank also expanded its digital solutions across the organisation, focusing on process automation and enhancing digital banking capabilities. These initiatives are designed to improve organisational efficiency and strengthen customer experience.

To support this transformation, QNB Indonesia continued to invest in workforce development, including artificial intelligence training that will help employees navigate a rapidly evolving business landscape and drive innovation across the Bank. In recognition of these efforts, QNB Indonesia was named “HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2026” for the third consecutive year by the prestigious HR Asia Awards and received its first “HR Asia People Transformation Awards 2026”.

At the Meeting, shareholders also accepted the resignation of Khalid Al-Sada as Commissioner. The Bank extends its sincere appreciation for his leadership, guidance, and valuable contributions throughout his tenure.

To further strengthen governance and support the Bank’s growth, the Board proposed the appointment of Silas Lee as Commissioner, subject to the approval from Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK).
