Discontinuation of Visa Contactless Debit Card circulation
23 January 2025 - First of all, on behalf of PT Bank QNB Indonesia Tbk (QNB Indonesia), we would like to thank you for your trust in Bank QNB Indonesia (“Bank”) thus far.
In line with the Bank’s focus on growing a sustainable business, effective as of 12 March 2025, for any requests of Visa Contactless debit cards (VISA Classic or VISA Platinum) related to the expired, lost or damaged card will be replaced with a new debit card, which is the GPN debit card or the QNB First GPN debit card.
For customer who still hold valid Bank QNB Indonesia Visa Contactless debit card, you can still use the card for transactions and enjoy the applicable benefit and promotions until further notice.
Once again, we thank you for your trust and loyalty as Bank QNB Indonesia customer. Please continue to use banking services offered by QNB Indonesia, increase your banking transactions, and collect QNB Indonesia Life Rewards points, which can be exchanged for various attractive rewards.
