Account status information in Bank QNB Indonesia

16 April 2026 – In accordance with OJK Regulation 24 of 2025 concerning Account Management in Commercial Banks, we hereby inform you of the following matters regarding the account status in Bank QNB Indonesia:

"Inactive" account status

Savings/Current Accounts are categorized as "Inactive" if there is no deposit or withdrawal activity for 12 (twelve) consecutive months.

"Dormant" account status

Savings/Current Accounts are categorized as "Dormant" if there is no deposit or withdrawal activity for 60 (sixty) consecutive months.

“Closed” account status

The Bank reserves the right to close a Saving/Current account with a balance of 0 (zero) for 6 (six) consecutive months.

We hereby encourage customers to maintain the account status as "Active" by regularly perform activities on their QNB Indonesia’s account.
