A complete, accurate, and updated information is essential to protect your account and prevent potential misuse by irresponsible parties.
Please be aware of various fraud schemes and below are some tips for secure transaction:
- Do not share confidential information such as your Personal Identification Number (PIN), Mobile PIN, and Password to anyone.
- Regularly check your account statements and if there is any discrepancy, please immediately contact Bank QNB Indonesia.
- Please immediately report any suspicious activity on your account to Bank QNB Indonesia Contact Center (+62 21) 300 55 300 or via email to contact.center@qnb.co.id or to the Indonesia Anti-Scam Center (IASC) – OJK (http://iasc.ojk.go.id/).
