18 April 2023 – Dear Valued Customers, in line with the letter from Departemen Penyelenggara Sistem Pembayaran Bank Indonesia No.25/427/DPSP/Adm regarding Operational Notice on BI-RTGS, BI-SSSS, BI-ETP, SKNBI, and BI-FAST service during Eid al-Fitr 1 Syawal 1444 H and Collective Leave 2023 in Bank Indonesia, herewith we inform you the following

All QNB Indonesia's Branches will not be operating and will be closed for public for Eid Al-Fitr public holiday.
All Branches will resume normal operations starting Wednesday, 26 April 2023.
