Bank QNB Indonesia wins prestigious HR Asia Awards 2025

23 June 2025 – PT Bank QNB Indonesia Tbk (“Bank”), a subsidiary of QNB Group, one of the largest financial institutions in Middle East and Africa, has won multiple accolades at the HR Asia Awards 2025, which recognize outstanding HR leaders, companies, and teams across Asia. 

The Bank was once again recognized as one of the best employers in Indonesia after receiving the titles of “Best Companies to Work for in Asia”, “Most Caring Company”, and “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Company” accolades for 2025 in recognition of its excellence in HR practices.

This recognition highlights the Bank’s ongoing commitment to fostering a workplace culture that prioritizes people, diversity, inclusion, and innovation.

The “Best Companies to Work for in Asia” award reflects the performance culture that the Bank cultivates, where employees are encouraged to collaborate and deliver excellence by fostering a positive and supportive environment that values teamwork.

Furthermore, the “Most Caring Company 2025” award celebrates proactive efforts to support employee wellbeing. Bank QNB Indonesia has also scored above the market average in terms of programs designed to meet the aspirations and needs of its employees, according to HR Asia’s survey, which included participation from over 300 prominent companies in Indonesia.

The “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Company” award marks another milestone for Bank QNB Indonesia, reflecting its continued efforts to champion a culture of diversity and inclusion, as well as equal opportunities for all.
