Bank QNB Indonesia cooperates with Garuda Indonesia, Offering  Travel Privileges to Boost QNB First Segment’s banking experience

Jakarta, 9 October 2024 - PT Bank QNB Indonesia Tbk (“Bank”), a part of QNB Group, the largest financial institution in Middle East and Africa, once again  elevates the experience of its priority segment, QNB First members, by offering more attractive rewards and benefits. This time, the Bank cooperates with Garuda Indonesia to offer GarudaMiles as reward, which can be redeemed for various perks such as Garuda Indonesia’s flight ticket, hotel, used in various merchants that partner with Garuda Indonesia.

Through this collaboration, Bank QNB Indonesia offers a First Reward prize in the form of GarudaMiles for new and existing QNB First customers who place funds in various portfolios such as savings and wealth management products. The collaboration with the concept of saving is the first collaboration carried out by Garuda Indonesia after the pandemic era and is expected to further attract the public to become QNB First customers and enjoy the various benefits offered by Garuda Indonesia.

Bank QNB Indonesia is aware that travelling has become a part of the modern lifestyle. Statistics Agency (BPS) recorded that the number of trip by local tourists in July 2024 reached more than 77 million. Through this cooperation, Bank QNB Indonesia offers a welcomed bonus of GarudaMiles that is worth a Jakarta to Singapore ticket. Moreover, in order to enhance their interest to join QNB First, Bank QNB Indonesia also offers attractive cash back and Life Rewards points up to 20,000 points, which can be easily exchanged through QNB Indonesia mobile banking to various reward choices based on your needs or preference, from traveling, electronic, to shopping vouchers.

The GarudaMiles reward will be available from October to December 2024 and hope to accelerate the onboarding of new QNB First customers. “We kick off the reward programme in October 2024 to also support OJK’s financial inclusion month, which is celebrated during this month, with the aim of increasing number of customers and to attract potential customer to extend their access to financial services with Bank QNB Indonesia.”

This GarudaMiles reward complements the Bank’s current Travel Privilege benefits, which consist of Airport Transfer, a transportation service to and from the airport, which available in 12 cities in Indonesia, including transportation service to and from Whoosh station; Premium Airport Special Service (PASS), an airport handling service, available in 10 airports across Indonesia; as well as Airport Executive Lounge, which is an access to premium lounge available in 21 airports across Indonesia.
