Discontinuation of Bank QNB Indonesia’s Visa Contactless debit card facility and Visa ATM network services
19 May 2025 - In line with the Bank's focus on developing sustainable business, we hereby inform you that effective 7 July 2025, Bank QNB Indonesia’s VISA Platinum and VISA Classic debit card facilities will be discontinued. All international and domestic transactions using the Bank QNB Indonesia’s VISA debit card, either through Bank QNB Indonesia ATM or any other Bank’s ATM/EDC machines, can no longer be carried out effective 7 July 2025 at 00.00 WIB. We recommend customers to complete the transaction the latest by 6 July 2025 at 23.30 WIB.
For the QNB First customers, all benefits and advantages such as Medical Check Up, Airport Lounge, and Airport Transfer can still be enjoyed with the QNB First GPN debit card.
Customers can still make payment transactions using the Bank QNB Indonesia GPN debit card and QRIS feature on the QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking service as another payment facility.
