Program Terms & Conditions:

Definitions

  • Bank QNB Indonesia is PT Bank QNB Indonesia Tbk.
  • Cash back is refunds, in cash or virtually by fulfilling a predetermined requirement and conditions.
  • Customer is an individual party who places his funds in the Bank in the form of deposits based on the Bank's agreement with the parties concerned.
  • Gopay is electronic money that can be used for payment and financial transactions through the Gojek application.
  • LinkAja is digital financial services in the form of electronic money from Telkomsel and members of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN).
  • OVO is electronic wallets where electronic money is stored as well as for payment transactions in Indonesia.
  • Program is an admin fee cash back program to top up Gopay, OVO, and LinkAja through QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions organized by the Bank.
  • QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking is the Bank's Mobile Banking application service that can be used by all Users for various Transactions accessed through mobile phone / smartphone communication devices on the basis of the Android and iOS operating systems that have been installed QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking application.
  • Top up is a method to increase balance of Electronic Money.
  • User or Customer is Customer who has downloaded the QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking application and have connected accounts.

Cash Back Terms & Conditions

  • The program is valid for all QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking application Customer during the program period until 31 December 2024. 
  • Customer can make transactions using all sources of funds in the QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking application.
  • There is no limit on transactions per day and per Customer for Gopay, OVO, and LinkAja Top up transactions in the QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking application.
  • Cash back of Gopay, OVO and LinkAja admin fees will be credited to the source of account where the transaction was made.
  • Cash back will be received by the Customer directly or immediately after completing the Top up transaction.

  • Terms and Conditions of this program is an inseparable part of the general Terms and conditions for account opening and the terms and conditions for banking facilities/services that apply at Bank QNB Indonesia
  • The customer agrees and acknowledges that Bank QNB Indonesia has the right to amend/change/complete the terms and conditions of this program. Any changes/additions/updates to the terms and conditions of this program will be notified by the Bank to the customer in accordance with the procedures regulated in the applicable laws and regulations through the Bank's official website and/or through the Bank's branch offices/or through a letter that will be sent to the customer's address and the customer agrees to comply with and be bound by such improvements, changes, updates or additions.
  • This program can be terminated by QNB Indonesia at any time before the program period ends.
  • QNB Indonesia has the right to ask the Customer to refund the admin fee that has been given to the User Customer during the program period if QNB Indonesia finds any indication of fraud or abuse by the Customer
