How to Access QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking

How to Register, Link Account, Time Deposit Opening & Forex Transaction

1. Download QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking

2. How to Register QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking

  • Open QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking
  • Input mobile phone number
  • Complete your personal information
  • Tap “Next”
  • Access Code (OTP) will be sent via SMS to your mobile phone
  • Enter 6 digits Access Code (OTP)
  • Tap “Proceed”
  • Registration successful

3. How to link QNB Indonesia Account (Savings Account, Individual Checking Account) to QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking for user who have never  link QNB Indonesia account  

To do transaction in QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking using source of fund from Savings Account or Individual Checking Account, customers have to link their Savings Account or Individual Checking Account following below steps :

  • Open QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking 
  • Login to the application using Password or Biometric Login
  • Tap "Account" then tap "Link Account" at the top right on your mobile screen
  • Complete the account number, full name, and date of birth
  • If the Customer want to link Forex account to QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking, then the Customer must read and agree [X] the NKRI (Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia) form on the mobile screen
  • Enter access code (OTP) sent via SMS to the registered mobile phone number registered in the bank system
  • Lin account is successful

4. How to link QNB Indonesia Account (Savings Account, Individual Checking Account) to QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking for user who have been link QNB Indonesia account 

  • Open QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking application
  • Login to the application using Password or Biometric Login
  • Tap "Account" then tap "Link Account" at the top right on your mobile screen
  • Select account to be linked to QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking
  • Fill in the full name, and date of birth
  • Verify account that will be linked  to QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking
  • If the Customer want to link Forex account  to QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking, then the Customer must read and agree [X] the NKRI (Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia) form on the mobile screen
  • Input the access code (OTP) sent via SMS to the registered mobile number
  • Link account is successful

Notes :

  • Make sure to entered the personal data on QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking application matches with the data registered on the Bank system such as full name, place & date of birth and mobile number are the same personal data when customer opening an account at Bank’s branch)
  • If the entered personal data is not correct, please update the data at the nearest QNB Indonesia branch
  • Type of account that can be linked to QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking is the individual account type. For combined account types / join And & OR cannot be linked to QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking application

 

5. How perform Foreign Exchange Transaction

  • Tap menu “Foreign Exchange” menu on the main page of QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking application
  • Select "Source Account" and tap “Do FX” for transaction
  • Follow the steps on your mobile screen until the transaction is successful

Notes:

  • Foreign Exchange transactions can only be made by accounts under the same CIF
  • Foreign Exchange transaction is available during weekday
  • Foreign exchange buying/selling transactions can be made on working days from 09.00 AM to 14.45 PM Western Indonesia Time (WIB).

6. How perform Foreign Currency Internal Transfer (Same Currency)

  • Tap “Transfer” menu on the main page QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking Application
  • Select Beneficiary “Other QNB Account”
  • Follow the steps on your mobile screen until the transaction is successful

Notes:

The foreign currencies that can be traded are SGD, USD, AUD, EUR, JPY, QAR, GBP dan HKD.

7. How to perform Time Deposit opening through QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking Application

  • Login to QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking Application
  • Tap “More” on the main page
  • Tap “Account” then tap ”Time Deposit”
  • Follow the instructions on your mobile screen
  • Placement of deposit is completed

 

8. Digital saving account opening

  • Download the QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking application on Google Play Store for Android smartphone & App Store for iOS smartphone
  • Prospective customer fill in the data needed for the account opening and prepare a personal identity card (e-KTP).
  • Prospective customer will require to do the identity verification process, then tap "upload" when it is correct.
  • Follow the instructions on your mobile screen until opening account success

 

Notes:

  • Prospective Customers will receive notification via email and/or SMS on the approval status of savings account opening through QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking
  • The digital savings account opening is only for individual Customer.
  • You can request ATM/Debit card and PIN by calling Contact Center or visit the nearest QNB Indonesia branch.
  • ATM/Debit card will be sent to the address stated on identity card (e-KTP) and you shall receive it within 14 working days.
  • To change ATM/Debit card PIN, you must use QNB Indonesia ATM machine with a PIN validity period of 1x24 hours.
