Terms & conditions
I. General Provisions
Definitions:
1. Bank or Bank QNB Indonesia is PT Bank QNB Indonesia Tbk.
2. Customer is an individual who use Bank service.
3. QNB First is a form of priority service to QNB Indonesia Customers who have met the criteria and requirements to become QNB First Customers at Bank QNB Indonesia.
4. Premium Savings Account is one of the banking products owned by the Bank in the form of savings with the opening of its account through all Bank QNB Indonesia branches.
5. Asset Under Management (AUM) is the total volume of funds in the form of Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Time Deposits, and Wealth Management Products such as Mutual Funds and Bancassurance of third parties purchased by the Customer through QNB Indonesia.
6. Mutual Fund is a vessel used to collect funds from the investor community to be invested in Securities Portfolio by the Investment Manager
7. Fresh Fund is funds placed by the Customer at QNB Indonesia originating from other banks.
8. Program Terms and Conditions is the general terms and conditions applicable to NTB QNB First which as from time to time may be changed, supplemented and/or updated by the Bank.
9. NTB QNB First Program Participation Form (hereinafter referred to as "Program Participation Form") means a statement letter provided by PT Bank QNB Indonesia Tbk ("QNB Indonesia") to be completed and signed by the Customer to provide a statement regarding Program participation.
10. NTB QNB First Program Cancellation Form (hereinafter referred to as "Program Cancellation Form") is a form provided by QNB Indonesia to be completed and signed by the Customer in the case of providing a statement of cancellation of Program participation
11. NTB QNB First Program (hereinafter referred to as "Program") is a program from QNB Indonesia offered to Customers who meet the Program Terms and Conditions
In the event that the definitions and other terms used are not stated in the Program Terms and Conditions, the definitions of the other terms refer to the General Terms and Conditions of Account Opening and Banking Facilities / Services of PT Bank QNB Indonesia Tbk
II. Program Terms and Conditions
1. Criteria for Customers who can join the Program:
New to Bank ("NTB") with Fresh Fund placement from other banks.
2. Customers who have met the criteria as stipulated in point 1 are obliged to do the following:
a. Registered as a QNB First Customer and sign the Program Participation Form.
b. To participate in this Program, the Customer is required to open 2 (two) savings accounts, namely Premium Savings Account and/or Savings Account.
c. Customers are required to meet the AUM criteria according to the scheme selected on the Tier Option no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days after the Signing Date of the Program Participation Form ("Program Participation Date").
d. The Customer is required to activate QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days after the Program Participation Date.
e. The customer is required to fill Qatar Avios Mileage Member Number field at the latest 30 (thirty) calendar days after Program Participation Date.
3. First Advance Wealth Management (WM) Program Terms:
a. Customers who participate in the First Advance WM Program are required to use fresh funds other than those included in the NTB QNB First Basic Program.
b. Wealth Management (WM) purchases that can be claimed to participate in the First Advance WM Program are purchases made after the Program Participation Date until no later than 1 (one) month after the Program Participation Month.
c. Wealth Management products that can be included in this program are Mutual Fund Products except Money Market Mutual Funds.
d. Cash back prizes are valid in multiples of IDR 1,000,000 (one million rupiah).
e. First Advance WM Program cannot be combined with other Programs other than QNB First New Customer Program.
f. Eligibility subscription in SUD will be converted to IDR with applicable reference rate on the transaction date.
- 4. The Bank will conduct a check and evaluation of the Customer's eligibility during the period of participation and retention of Customer funds in this Program ("Evaluation Period").
5. The Bank will credit Mileage Points to the Member Mileage account registered on the Program Participation Form no later than 2 (two) months after the month of signing the Participation Form and the funds have been received into the account included in the Program
Example: Customers who register for the program in February 2025 will receive Mileage in April 2025.
6. If the customer does not submit Qatar Avios Mileage Member number at the latest 30 (thirty) calendar days after Program Participation Date, the Qatar Avios Mileage reward cannot be cashed or exchanged for anything.
7. If the Customer cancels their participation in the Program, the Customer is not entitled to receive the special interest rate given for this program, on the remaining funds in the Premium Saving account (if any).
8. If the Customer cancels their participation in this Program, the Customer must come to the Bank branch office where the Customer registered their participation or meet the Relationship Manager (RM) and the Customer must sign the Program Cancellation Form.
9. The Customer's savings balance that exceeds the maximum deposit value and/or exceeds the interest rate guaranteed by the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) or does not meet other requirements in accordance with LPS Regulations, is deposited with all risks and is entirely the Customer's responsibility.
10. The Customer will receive special interest related to this program (as stated in the NTB QNB First package table on page 1). This special interest applies until the end of the program, however, if for any reason the Customer unblocks the funds and causes the amount of funds held to decrease, then the remaining balance that is placed back will be subject to standard interest (counter rate).
11. If the Customer makes additional funds during the program, then the additional funds cannot be given interest according to the program. Interest according to the program is only given on funds withheld that have been placed since the beginning of the program.
12. If the Customer makes additional funds, it must be placed into the Premium Saving Account/other Saving Accounts owned by the related customer. If additional funds are still placed into the NTB QNB First Premium Saving Program account, the Bank has the right to transfer funds that exceed the program provisions to other Premium Saving Account/Saving Accounts if the amount of funds in the account participating in the program exceeds the limit of IDR 10,000,000 (ten million rupiah) from the Program provisions.
13. General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an inseparable part of the Program Participation Form, Program Participation Cancellation Form and General Terms and Conditions for Opening an Account and Banking Facilities/Services.
14. The Customer is obliged to ensure that the Member Mileage Number is in accordance with that stated on the Program Participation Form. Therefore, the Customer is fully responsible for any errors, mistakes or negligence in entering and informing the Customer's Member Mileage Number.
15. Customers participating in the QNB First New Customer program have agreed to the terms & conditions of the program.
16. Customers agree and acknowledge that the Bank has the right to make changes and/or additions to the provisions related to the Program based on the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, including among others changes and/or additions to the provisions related to notifications to Customers by the Bank through the Bank's official website and/or through the Bank's branch offices or through a letter that will be sent to the Customer's address and/or through other media no later than 30 (thirty) Business Days before the changes and/or additions to the Program come into effect.
17. The Bank has the right to make changes to the deposit interest rate in accordance with Bank Indonesia's interest rate decision and applies to the new form issued.
18. Customers can submit questions and complaints through the QNB Contact Center (+62 21) 300 55 300 or Contact.center@qnb.co.id or the nearest Bank QNB Indonesia branch office.
19. If any of the provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program become invalid, illegal or unenforceable under the laws applicable in Indonesia, then the validity, legality or implementation of the other provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will not be affected or disrupted thereby.
20. Failure to exercise or delay in exercising a right or remedy on the part of the Bank under these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed to be a waiver and the full or partial exercise of a right or remedy shall not prevent further exercise or other use of it or the exercise of other rights or remedies. The Bank's rights and remedies in these Terms and Conditions are cumulative and shall not exclude other rights or remedies stipulated by law.
21. All notices and communications to the Customer may be:
a. sent by post or delivered directly to the last address notified to the Bank; or
b. delivered through printed or electronic media as selected by the Bank shall be deemed to have been notified to the Customer on the date the notice is published or broadcast.
22. THIS AGREEMENT HAVE BEEN ADJUSTED TO THE PROVISIONS OF STATUTORY REGULATIONS INCLUDING THE PROVISIONS OF THE FINANCIAL SERVICES AUTHORITY REGULATIONS.
