Terms and conditions:
- Program is only applied for QNB First Customer
- Customer should have a minimum AUM (Asset Under Management) balance amounted of IDR 500 million on the month the transaction is done
- Customer has registered on E- Statement Service
- Customer has activated the E-Channel services:
- QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking (DooEt+)
- QNB Online Banking
- Free Transaction is only valid for Savings Account and/or Checking Account with IDR currency. including :
- Online Transfer
- Cashback system applies, the transfer fee will be credited back to the Customer's account with maximum time by the fourth week of the following month.
- If there is fraud, data falsification and / or documents or other unlawful actions related to the process of free transaction cashback, QNB Indonesia has the right to postponed or cancel the cashback for customers
- QNB Indonesia has the right to add and / or change the terms and conditions of the program which will be notified to customers within 30 (thirty) working days prior to the enactment of changes to these terms and conditions.
*Based on balance of e-consolidated statement on the month the transaction is done.
