Terms & Conditions

1. The Referral Program can be participated by both individual QNB Bank Customers and QNB Bank Indonesia Staff with the following criteria:

  • Criteria for individual customers (both QNB First and non-QNB First) who have opened an  account with Bank QNB Indonesia and have the following Assets Under Management (AUM):

a. QNB First customers with a minimum total AUM of IDR500,000,000 (five hundred million rupiah).

b. Non-QNB First customers with a minimum total AUM of IDR100,000,000 (one hundred million rupiah).

  • The criteria for Bank QNB Indonesia Staff who can participate in the Referral Program are as follows:

a. Be an active QNB Indonesia Bank Staff, not in the notice period of resignation during the program period

b. Staff are not part of the Sales Team (Branch Manager, Relationship Manager or Assistant Relationship Manager)

c. The referred customer is not a staff member of Bank QNB Indonesia (staff cannot refer fellow staff)

d. No minimum AUM is applied for Bank QNB Indonesia staff who refer

2.  The criteria for prospective customers who can be referred are new QNB First customers or SMEs who have never owned any products at Bank QNB Indonesia and have never been tagged in a joint account (Join Or).

3.  The referrer can refer to two Referral segments (QNB First and SME) at once or one of the segments.

4.  The referrer is required to fill out the Referral Program Participation form and sign the form before the date the prospective customer opens an account or a maximum of 7 (seven) working days from the date of opening the referred customer's account. If it passes 7 (seven) working days, then the cash back reward will be deducted 50% of the nominal that should be received by the referring customer.

5.  The referred prospective customer is considered successful if:

a.Have opened an account and become a QNB First customer or SME customer

b.Place new funds (fresh Fund) in one of the products or programs available at Bank QNB Indonesia (savings, deposits, current accounts, investments and Bancassurance) or a combination of all products with a minimum holding period of 4 (four) months. Maximum placement of funds at the end of the month following account opening, with a minimum placement:

● QNB First customers have a minimum AUM of IDR500,000,000 (five hundred million rupiah)

● SME customers have a minimum AUM of IDR1,000,000,000 (one billion rupiah) in a Current Account

c. For QNB First referrals, one Family Card is not allowed with the referrer, the referrer or the referred customer is required to provide a copy of the Family Card.

d. The placement of customer funds referred to in accordance with letter b above, must be fulfilled at the end of the following month after CIF opening. (Example: the CIF opening of the referred customer is carried out in January 2025, then the customer must place funds no later than the end of February 2025).

6. Referred or Referrer customers must follow the program terms with a lock of IDR1 for a period of 4 months, with the program code FF1.

7. All cash back rewards will be credited to the referrer's rupiah savings account.

8. The amount of cash back rewards is only valid for referrals in the same month and does not apply to accumulation in other months (Example: Customers in January 2025 provide 2 referrals and in February provide 3 referrals, then if all referrals are successful in accordance with the terms and conditions, the reward will be given according to the number of referrals per month, namely January tiering cash back 2 referrals and February tiering cash back 3 referrals)

9. Cash back reward will be given in the 4th month after the CIF opening of the referred customer.

10. If at the time of data verification in the fourth month for the purpose of the cash back reward process, the funds in the Referrer and NTB accounts that are referred are not in accordance with the minimum provisions of QNB First Customer, or the customer has closed the account, then the Referring Customer and the referred customer will not get the reward in accordance with the program provisions.

11. Quarterly cash back rewards (Super Referrer) will be given to customers two months after the period in each quarter is over, for example: Super Referrer Q1 submit referrals will be carried out from January to March 2025, checking and verifying customers who are open and funded will be carried out on April 30, 2025, cash back will be paid in May 2025.

12. QNB First customers who have been successfully referred according to point number 5 (five) will get 2,500 QNB Indonesia Life Rewards points, with the following conditions:

a. Customers are required to activate QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking.

b.QNB Indonesia Life Reward points will be awarded in the 4th (fourth) month after the opening of CIF.

c. QNB Indonesia Life Rewards Points can be accessed via QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking.

13. If at the time of data verification in the 4th (fourth) month after the opening of the referred customer's CIF, for the purposes of the cash back reward process, the funds in the Referrer and NTB accounts that are referred are not in accordance with the minimum requirements of QNB First customers or SME customers, or the customer has closed the account, then the referring customer will not get the reward and the referred QNB First customer will not get QNB Indonesia Life Rewards points in accordance with the program provisions.

14. If the customer cancels his/her participation in this program, the customer must come to a branch office of Bank QNB Indonesia, where the customer registers to participate in the program and the customer must sign the Program Cancellation Form.

15. Bank QNB Indonesia's decision related to the Referral Program, including but not limited to the recipient of the personal data of the prospective referred customer, is final and binding on all referrer participating in the program, both to the prospective referred customer and the referrer.

16. The Customer agrees and acknowledges that Bank QNB Indonesia has the right to make changes and/or additions to the provisions related to the program based on the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, including among other things changes and/or additions to the provisions related to the notification to the customer by Bank QNB Indonesia through the official website of Bank QNB Indonesia and/or through Bank QNB Indonesia branch offices or through letters that will be sent to the customer's address and/or through other media no later than 30 (thirty) working days prior to the effective date of any changes and/or additions to the Program

17. If any of the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program becomes invalid, invalid or unenforceable under the applicable laws in Indonesia, then the validity, legality or implementation of the other provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will not be affected or disturbed thereby.

18. The negligence in exercising, or delay in exercising a right or remedy on the part of Bank QNB Indonesia under these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed to waive, and the use of a right or remedy in whole or in part shall not prevent any further use or other use thereof or the exercise of any other right or remedy. Bank QNB Indonesia's rights and remedies in these Terms and Conditions are cumulative and do not exclude any other rights or remedies stipulated by law.

19. All notices and communications to the customer are sent via email to the customer's email address that was last notified to Bank QNB Indonesia.

20.  General Terms and Conditions of this Program are subject to and construed in accordance with the laws, laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia. For the implementation of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program and all its legal consequences, the parties choose their legal domicile and remain at the South Jakarta District Court Clerk's Office or other relevant District Court Office at the branch where the customer's account is opened.

22. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PROGRAM HAVE BEEN ADJUSTED TO THE PROVISIONS OF LAWS AND REGULATIONS, INCLUDING THE PROVISIONS OF THE FINANCIAL SERVICES AUTHORITY REGULATIONS.
