A: To participate in Life Rewards program, simply visit the Life Rewards feature that can be found on QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking application (download and activate it first if Customer don't have QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking) and agree to the program’s terms and conditions when the first access to Life Rewards feature.

Q: How to get Life Rewards point?

Q: How long is the validity of Life Rewards points?

A: Life Rewards points is valid within 2 years from its earning date.

Q: Who can participate in Life Rewards program?

A: All QNB Indonesia customers with individual account can participate in Life Rewards program.

Q: Where can Customer see the collected Life Rewards point?

A: Life Rewards points can be seen on the main page of QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking located in the “Your Point” section

Q: What are the available Life Rewards redemption categories/options?

A: Life Rewards redemption options include:

1. Travel/travel accommodation:
   1. Flight ticket
   2. Hotel Booking
   3. Car rental
2. Airline mileage redemption
3. Online shop, redemption category in the form of physical goods, such as:

1. Gadgets (smartphones, laptops, cameras, and more)
2. Fashion products

4. Shopping vouchers
5. Utility payments such as electronic wallet (e-wallet) top-up.

Q: How to redeem Life Rewards points?

A: Steps to Redeem Life Rewards Points:

1. Open QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking application (download and activate it first if Customer don't have QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking).
2. On the main page of QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking, click on the “Life Rewards” logo, then click on “Redeem Point” and the Customer will be directed to the Life Rewards page.
3. Select any rewards according to the available redemption categories and options.
4. Fill in the details of the reward redemption, such as the order quantity, product variations, and others, then click continue.
5. Enter the OTP sent to customer's mobile number and email registered in the Bank system
6. A confirmation page will appear informing that the redemption has been successful.
7. Rewards can be viewed on Customer's email registered in Bank's system (for digital rewards such as e-vouchers, airline tickets, hotel reservations, and others) or sent to the delivery address specified at the time of redeeming physical reward (for rewards from the online shop category such as gadgets and fashion products).

Q: Where can Customer see the transaction history of Life Rewards points?

The history of the last 10 Life Rewards point transactions can be seen on the Life Rewards feature page in QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking application, which can be accessed by following these steps:

1. Login to QNB Indonesia Mobile Banking application
2. Click the “Life Rewards” logo on the main page of Mobile Banking
3. On this page, Customer can see the list of Life Rewards point transaction history that was earned and redeemed

Q: What is the proof that customer already redeemed Life Rewards points?

A: After Customer has redeemed Life Rewards points, Customer will receive the point redemption notification through email and point redemption transaction will be recorded in the transaction history menu in Customer’s Life Rewards account.
