In line with the vision and mission of the Bank Kesawan, and in an effort to align the Bank Kesawan in the arena of banking competition, Quantum K-100 Smile is a program of excellence and integrated service to customers by all employees of the Bank Kesawan both Front Linner (Account Officer, Customer Service, Teller & Security ) and Back Office.

Smile Quantum K-100 consists of (SMILE) Nine Excellent Service Bank Kesawan:

  • Greets customers and greet
  • Asking what the customer needs
  • Reaffirming our customers' needs
  • Introducing the kinds of products Bank Kesawan
  • Describe the features and benefits of banking products
  • Guiding and give customers the opportunity to determine the decision
  • Offer other services products
  • Ask the customer to complete the data
  • Describe the features and benefits of banking products
  • Giving s! natural cover and thank-you

Education and training programs Smile Quantum K-100 will be implemented in all branches, while its module consisting of:

  • Customer Service Module
  • Selling Skills Module
  • Product Knowledge Modules

(The module above are in Sales Tool Kit that was distributed throughout the branch) Participants who have attended the training will receive a PIN Quantum Smile-K100 appropriate level of training that followed, namely:

Pin Light Blue was followed 1 Module

Pin Yellow has followed 2 Module

Red Pin been following Bravo 3 Module Quantum Smile Wait Training K-100 K-100 Quantum Smile in Your City.
